We are committed to providing you with exceptional experiences. Because our special tours and custom tattoo services require extensive upfront preparation and limited availability, we enforce the following cancellation and refund policies. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Tour Bookings & Cancellations

Our tours are highly specialized, requiring significant upfront planning and logistical coordination.

  • $500 Administrative Fee: Every tour booking includes a mandatory $500 non-refundable administrative fee.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, this $500 administrative fee will be retained in full to cover booking and planning costs.

  • Payment Terms: This policy applies regardless of how you choose to pay at checkout—whether you pay a partial amount or the full tour total upfront, the first $500 is strictly non-refundable upon cancellation.

2. Tattoo Bookings & Cancellations

Securing a tattoo appointment locks in dedicated design time and studio space with the artist.

  • 25% Administrative Fee: If you choose to cancel your scheduled tattoo booking, a 25% administrative fee (calculated from the total service price or booking amount) will be retained as a non-refundable fee.

  • This covers administrative costs, design preparation, and the reservation of the artist's time slot.

3. How to Cancel Your Booking

If your plans change and you need to cancel, we are here to help guide you through the process.

4. General Policy Terms

  • Processing Time: Eligible refunds (the total amount paid minus the $500 tour admin fee or the 25% tattoo admin fee) will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Policy Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
