Bennett Rock is a guide in nature-based mindfulness and breath-centered embodiment. With a master’s in environmental education and over 15 years of experience facilitating connection with the Earth, Bennett draws from his travels and studies across India and the U.S., including completion of a 200-hour yoga teacher training. His offerings weave breath, movement, and meditative presence—inviting others into stillness, clarity, and a deepening sense of connection with life.
